The department has been redesigned and remodeled multiple times since 1980. In 2019, a major renovation was carried out to allow the installation of a new granulation room (fluid bed granulator, high-performance planetary mixer). Recently, the department has undergone further changes to accommodate new machinery.
This specialized department handles the production of solutions or suspensions for pharmaceutical forms for oral or nasal administration, utilizing the latest production and packaging technologies. Each phase, from preparation to packaging, follows strict quality and safety protocols.
Cutting-edge manufacturing processes and stringent quality controls ensure compliance with high standards, from preparation to final packaging.
The department has two lines, one dedicated to filling in Alu-Alu strips and one for filling in PVC/PE strips. The entire production cycle, from the mixing of excipients to final packaging, is fully integrated and automated to ensure continuous reproducibility of operational parameters and optimal line performance.
