APPLICATIONS

TAILOR-MADE TECHNOLOGIES

In the pharmaceutical industry, precision and reliability are essential. Our technologies are designed to meet these needs, offering innovative solutions that enhance traceability, quality, and safety at every stage of production.

SERIALIZATION

DEFINITION AND PURPOSE

It involves converting a product into a stream of bytes using unique codes and serial numbers to ensure traceability throughout the production and distribution chain.

METHODS AND IMPLEMENTATION

The process is carried out through three levels: data matrix codes on each package, the addition of a serial number for each sales unit, and aggregation with additional codes for larger packages. It requires adaptations to production lines and investments in new technologies.

FUTURE IN THE MARKET

It represents a significant step in the pharmaceutical industry, with regulations introduced in various countries. Since 2012, we have introduced this process, implementing it across different packaging lines.

AGGREGATION

DEFINITION AND PURPOSE

An advanced level of traceability that involves identifying packaging boxes and pallets with an additional serial code.

METHODS AND IMPLEMENTATION

This is a phase that goes beyond simple serialization, linking the sales units to their larger packaging through an integrated code system. Aggregation is part of the adaptation process required to ensure complete traceability of pharmaceutical products.

APPLICATION AND FUTURE IN THE MARKET

We are one of the companies that has already initiated the adaptation process, implementing aggregation for the US, Chinese, and Russian markets. We have future plans to expand this practice, in line with global trends in the pharmaceutical industry, which demand increasingly precise and complex traceability.

GRANULATION

DEFINITION AND PURPOSE

Granulation is a technological process in which powder particles are made to adhere to each other to form larger particles known as granules.

METHODS AND IMPLEMENTATION

Our granulation line, specifically the 600-liter size produced by IMA, represents a state-of-the-art technological solution. Full automation allows for the management of all transfers in containment, significantly reducing operator exposure to the product and minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.

APPLICATION AND FUTURE IN THE MARKET

It is a well-established practice in the pharmaceutical sector and continues to see innovative developments to address emerging challenges. We are one of the leading companies in this technology, with specific applications for the global market, including regional needs.

A SIMPLE METHOD

1. DISCOVERY SESSION

Every pharmaceutical company is unique and has specific needs. During the initial meeting, we carefully analyze the requirements to identify and design the solution to the project’s challenge.

2. NEEDS ANALYSIS

With our expertise in conducting formulation studies, we carry out a preliminary study for project optimization and cost evaluation.

3. EXECUTION PHASE

Using the best technologies and most effective methods, we implement the planned strategy and continuously monitor the process to ensure it aligns with the objectives and execution timelines.
